Free GraphPad Prism Alternative for Students
GraphPad Prism is a paid biomedical statistics package strong on plotting and standard hypothesis tests. StatVeda covers most of Prism's everyday biostatistics in the browser, plus the agricultural designs Prism does not.
GraphPad Prism compared with StatVeda
- Prism is paid; student licences exist but are time-limited. StatVeda is free.
- StatVeda covers t-tests with Welch correction, one-way ANOVA with Tukey HSD and Dunnett (vs control), two-way ANOVA, Kruskal-Wallis with Dunn post-hoc, Mann-Whitney, Wilcoxon signed-rank, Friedman, chi-square with Fisher exact and Cramer V, Pearson and Spearman correlation, simple and multiple linear regression, logistic regression, and Kaplan-Meier survival with log-rank.
- StatVeda's plot library (Plotly with Recharts fallbacks) gives publication-ready PNG, SVG and PDF download from every result table. Prism's plot polish is still better; StatVeda's is functional.
- Where StatVeda goes beyond Prism: classical agricultural designs (split-plot, split-split-plot, strip-plot, alpha lattice, balanced lattice, augmented CRD and RBD, diallel, generation means, path coefficient, line by tester) that Prism does not cover.
